First day out 'in the field' with it today.First impressions:Fuck me, it goes a bitHow do VW get that kind of economy for that kind of performance?The aircon isn't as good as it was in the B5 PassatsPearl black with deep tint windows makes you look like a drug dealerThe stereo is pretty damned good for an OEM installInterior space is a bit shit for a car that sizeOverall, I love it. However, I can't wait for the renewal cycle to comeround so I can order the new 170PS version.

Thanks to their superb built quality, it's variable. Sometimes my Dad's B5.5 TDI's trip computer is spot on, sometimes it's over 10% out.

Nope my Seat version is quite close over the course of a tank. (within about

3% normally so that's about 1L difference when I fill up).

My trip computer (french) is always pessimistic by 3-4 mpg.
