not at $1200!
my set up cost around $700 once shipped and it avoided any customs duty :)
Or make your own, you won't get the nice LCD display built in tho:

DIN-sized computer case for mini-ITX motherboards... could probably get all the bits (minus a screen) for around £400-450... maybe....
