Why is it that Primary Skool teachers drive A class or Freelanders ?

Are Freelanders really cheap enough to buy on primary school teacher's pay?

Three of my kids are at primary school - there's no As or Freelanders there..

Starting salary is 19k now isn't it? Goes up every year, scale points are easy to come by, 24-28k is kind of normal. Most seem to get by quite well, especially up north.
