It's wrong I tell you (kinda mini review of my 9-3 1.8t)

Three tanks in the petrol 9-3 1.8t, so far, she's averaged *cough cough*. Okay okay just *mumble mutter*. Just over 39 to the gallon. This is mixed driving, but for door to door motorway stuff at 70, it sees a trip computer

44+ (take off ~5% for real figures).

What's worse is that the thing I like most about the petrol 9-3 versus the diesel C9-3 is the quiet idle, especially when cold. The thing I dislike the most is that I have to work the gearbox hard in the petrol one to make it accelerate well.

It's wrong.

*dons flame proof suit*

Worse, is that if I could only bring myself to trust that lovely-to-drive Italian 1.9 TiD, I'd have that donk instead...

The carpet mat is stuck under the throttle pedal.

HTH.

No, that isn't it. It might be that it is still waxed up, so is slipping through the air cleanly...

Clean car is worth an extra 20bhp.
