Seen a few modded GTTi's, but don't recall ever seeing a lower spec model done up. I dimly recall one putting out about 150bhp that was pretty stupid quick, google is being no use tho :)

There is a Starlet GT that likes to annoy me in th mornings, because I don't go much above 80 when the M62 is clear (most morning I'm lucky to top 50 for much of my daily run). But he seems to think the 90+ heading into a 3 lane to 2 lane bottleneck at rush hour just before a city centre is fine. He smirks at me everytime he passes me. One day, if the road is clear, I'll f*ck him good. I'll wait until he starts to tail gate then really floor it. I hate rising to that kind of bait, but very sometimes it can be fun. And necessary to explain the pecking order in a car brands ranks.

Oh yeah forgot you have a toyota now. Was scratching head over why a boy in a Starlet GT would do this to a crusty old Saab (Starlet boy would probably have no idea what it was anyway)

Is this why no-one ever messes with the Supra? FFS, it's not even a turbo.

None of em ever tried it on the 405, till i got the lexus lights ;) Then it was carnage. Every saxo that caught me up HAD to be past. Unfortunately the 1.1's just didn't have what it took to be quicker than the 405 :)

VTx's on the other hand..... The VTR's didn' really have enough power t get by without a huge straight, and theres not one long enough anywhere round here where i have ever been challenged :) VTS's used to piss on me tho :)

At least now i'll be able to have a good go, they'll only have 10bhp on me, so i'm thinking they won't just be able to mulch me.

But the 206 is a shedload heavier than the saxo, isn't it?

206: 1025kg saxo: 920kg.

O.k. Only a small shedload. I'll shut up now.

yep.

Non GT Starlet->None turbo MR2/Celica/Corolla-> turbo MR2/Celica/import special Corollas (+AE86 GT, GTi16 in the really old ones)->Non turbo Supras->Turbo Supras, as I see it.

Unless the Starlets/Corollas are seriously modded, in which case, they are probably off the scale.

Heh! Still, the Saxo is the same car as the 106, so definitely a class smaller than the 206.

you mean dan's 206 1025kg (give or take dan's kerbab ass)

saxo 920kg's + 200kg's of stereo and 25kg's of neon plastic and a few grams for max power stickers =

1145kg's+ stickers :)
