O/T: DRM

Mar 27, 2008 6 Replies

Hi.

If, theoretically, I recorded a little video and it was somehow burdened with DRM, how would my friend strip it of said fungi so he can play it on his linux system?

Cheers.

That would depend, what DRM did /cough/ you use.

Well, I'm told it's uncannily similar to the one used on BBC iplayer downloads.

That's a striking coincidence. As I assume you have a valid VRM licence you could use FairUse4WM made for just such a mistake as when you accidentally put DRM into your videos.

Try a Google search for mirakagi

Right then. I'll let my friend know. Thank you.
