The driver I use in Milan has started using a 300C. He says it's had mixed reactions, one of his regulars (a Countess) proved the lack of taste of the gentry by saying how much she liked it. Then she asked what it cost (about £26,000) and he made the mistake of telling here. He said she then insisted that it was parked about a mile from the venue he was taking her to and she wouldn't let him back until all her friends had gone.
As a passenger it's not bad, like being an E-class with decent seats, and fair leg room. And as long as one is inside, one cannot see the outside, which is nice. Apparently it's also foudl to drive but since customers don't like speeds above 120km/h it's not really an issue.
