Didn't the P6 one just adjust for height?

I'm pretty sure there was a bit of reach adjustment...

A Saab 2.3 Turbo would be easier to do and more powerful.

A standard one in good nick is pretty fast. I'd say the last thing you'd want to alter was the engine. Better brakes would be the first thing I'd do.

I know. It came up for sale again recently and I almost bought it back. But I need to be vaguely sensible for the next year and just have one car (he says with 2 SD1s currently in ownership...).

I've got the Hella light grille, the uber rare brand new centre gauge panel, plus a voltmeter, oil pressure and oil temp gauges all with the correct (and rare) senders in the loft. Oh, and the CVT front bumper vents. The only rare items the car went with were the ambient temp and econometer in the dash. I've be tempted to sell it all to fund other projects, but I'd like to find a nice 3dr GLT at some point and just fit all of it. Plus leather, plus the rear air suspension, plus the body kit and have a fully pimped out

360.

Now the 9000 has heated mirrors and seats and both still work. Heated seats are great. You can set the climate comfortably low on you body and still have a background warmth.

Cruise works most of the time too.
