yeah all that.. and people who don't use a slip road properly in order to get up to sufficient speed so that they can join the dual-carriageway/motorway without causing everyone to have to slow-down... and people who start slowing down a mile before they get on to a slip road causing a similar effect...

Consider it done. They are 2 of my pet hates. Middle lane motorwayers would be dragged behind a tractor naked on gravel for the exact distance they spent in the middle lane not overtaking. Foggy wankers would have their foglights smashed onto a large field which they would then be dragged across naked. Behind a tractor. Are you seeing a theme here?

Sure. Those people will beat against speed cameras which will all be in a large field somewhere. Next to the field of gravel and the fog light field. And caravans will be banned on single lane motorways.
