Too soon for me to think about it.

Aside from the Oxymoron of XJ-S, 3.6 and 'Sport', this is the sort of banger I'd really like. Would you believe I have never owned a Jaguar!

I was tempted, but I think SWMBO would kick me out if I did.

I'd jump on the Porker and advance the cash from one of my Cards, But=20 then when SWMBO'd saw it, it really would be a penis extension, if you=20 get my drift.

You're right. In the reliablity stakes they make Alfas look like Toyotas.

Nah, for a start I picked it up in April, VBH drove it around September / October.

I hope she's cleaner than to leave a snail trail that lasts for 6 months.

Damn!

Soon fix that ;-)

Taxed and tested with no head gasket trouble, got to be a bargain...

Sport, in the case of the XJ-S, just means slightly better seats, steering that doesn't rely on divining rods instead of track rods , dampers that actually have something to do other than make it comfy and those nice lattice alloys.

Trouble is, being interested and being able are two different things.

I would have the '84 Porsche 911. Especially now that Tim Kemp has a diesel.

But sadly money dictates otherwise.

If you know anyone who wants a Subaru Outback, '99 on a V, it would be a REAL shame if I had to take a partex on it ;)
