saab 95 2.3lpt btw. Just had delivered and fitted my new suspension, an eibach pro kit as well as uprated disks and pagid fast road pads, until i bed in the disks i cant push it too hard, but one of the shocks i took of was totally shot. Car feels SOOOoo much better now, i can actually chuck it round corners without having to realign to take in account the body roll :) me's a happy bunny. Did notice however the exhaust is beginning to rot esp the back box. Next up replcement ecu :)

Not wishing to tout for trade but may I suggest dropping an e-mail to.... well me ;-) (m@faulksperformancedotcodotuk). Just done a 95 2.3 Estate and got 242bhp from it with more torque than the H.O.T. Oh and Maptun are a better choice than Speedparts, nowt against Speedparts but Maptun seem to have a more "stable" setup for similar cash.

matt does the ecu upgrade matter for an auto? I hear some are remapped for auto's especially whilst others dont take it into consideration and just let the auto box sort the torque settings out? or am i wrong?

Jay

The auto's on the 9-5/9-3's are fine. Just don't try and get big power from an early 9000 Auto. Not pretty ;-).

The torque converter and box on the modern Saabs are more than capable of handling a bit of power, you'll prob reduce their life down to around the

100K mark (if its got 100k+ on it now then expect another 20k from it). I can do you a auto - manual conversion if your interested.

Matt

Sorry to burst in, i just wanna snip the 8k of stuff off the bottom :)
