Hi Tom,

Looking at your email address I assume you mean Europe :) There are 2 major part dealers in Holland:

if you have to get the parts shipped to Finland, I think it will becheaper for you to order your parts in the US. Ask if the US companies canship it with USPS (instead of Fedex). It takes a couple of days longer butsaves you a great deal on shipping costs... However, not all of them dothis...

Greetings from Holland

Thanks Michel,

I have ordered parts from US, but when i order something outside of European Union i have to pay 22% taxes and 5% toll fees... i could order parts from my local dealers, however most of them do not have special parts (like Steeda) or the last price is too high.

Some lucky parts has came to my door without tax fees (by toll mistake, i think) but i do not complain :-)

Hi Tom,

Same here. When the value is over 20 Euro´s I have to pay 19% import duties. When I place small orders or buy stuff through Ebay I alsways ask them to put a value of US$ 20 on the box.... That way it stays under the 20 Euro mark and I don´t have to pay any duties... ;-)

Check out ebay. They have some great bargains and are often willing to ship it with USPS and put a US$ 20,- value on it...

What model Mustang do you have?

Hey guys

I'm in France, and have been buying lots of parts via e-bay and some dealers in the US. One way to get around the taxes is to ask the people at the shop/on ebay to mark the package as 'gift/cadeau'. That way you don't pay any fees on entry into the country! However - this is not to be tried if you plan on having large panels or heavy parts shipped! Only little things...

Good luck

Kevin
