Wow! '03 Cobra Production Numbers

Feb 20, 2004 3 Replies

I guess the '03 Cobra was a hit! Ford damn near doubled the production of Cobras in '03. I'm assuming because of increased demand, right...? But I thought with Cobras they always set a production number and then didn't build anymore than that...? Not that I'm complaining... I've always said build as many as the market will bear. The more preformance cars on the street the better! Still surprised though they built more in '03 than any other year... that's good though. Hopefully, they'll make a bunch of '04s AND next generation of R models too!

Yeah, I thought they capped it at 10,000, myself. Seems to me that Ford was pushing its SVT vehicles last year, though. This year, different story.

You wouldn't be trolling with that sig, wouldya?

I don't think of it as trolling. ;)
