I have been experiencing lots of problems getting the right part first time at the dealer. This happens when I try to order something out of the ordinary. Today the dealer could not order me the correct rear transmission oil seal. What they special ordered for me last summer was the differential seal. The listings on the dealership's parts dept. computer leave a lot to be desired. I left with the parts guy telling me he would have to call Nissan when they open on 27 Dec. What's up with that; thanks in advance for any ideas or suggestions. This dealer treats me as a preferred customer so I do want to be positive here.
