I have a fine scratch on my windshield at which one of the nissan employees did but will not pay to repair the damage. I am filing a claim against them but don't know if that will help. If not, is there something I can use to take the scratch out? Its located near the center of the windshield. Thanks!

It polishes, unlike Comet or others cleanser, BonAmi is much finer. That's why the caption under the yellow chick say "hasn't scratched yet".
