Trunk lid will not open. You hear the latch release when button is pressed on the drivers door but does not open and key will not turn in the trunk lock. Any suggestions on how to open the trunk to research the problem. All help is appreciated.

Problem Solved: Had to take rear seat out and crawl into trunk. Valet swich was half on and half off jamming the lock. Reset it, everything working fine.
