Hi,
does anybody know how much R134a refrigerant is needed to re-charge the aircon unit on a '98 306 LXD, or where I can find out, the manuals etc. seem to be rather shy of the aircon units!!

That's for a reason. Overhere in Holland aircons are allowed to be serviced by certified specialists only. By law, that is. Don't know how it is where you live, if you can get hold of R134a freely on the market you can probably do it yourself. Be cautious, though, most refrigerants are nasty stuff.

Thanks for the reply. AFAIK there is no law against it here in the UK, but it is very much a 'closed shop'.
