my infared doesnt send any signal from the key i have been using key manually and now the car seems immobilised i have reset the immobiliser what can i do next any help would be much appreciated cheers

Does the key need a new battery?
key has a new battery but the infa red doesnt work
I tried. Perhaps the more expert on the group can suggest something.
