Sounds like a great HF experience.

Around these heeyah parts, we have two stores in the Austin area. The one in the south sucks while the north store has a much more accommodating staff.

I have made a few trips to Harbor Freight to take advantage of these coupons and in each case the item I was looking for was either out of stock or they offer a rain check to make another trip. While I know this is a marketing practice I still try to justify the trip and buy something to make the trip worthwhile. However this week was a straw that broke the camal's back. I will not even make another trip to their store. The help is rude, inconsiderate, underpaid, over worked and most of that crap made in China and India can be bought on eBay for the same price including freight.

And I broke a 1/2 & 3/8 ratchet from my recently acquired "deluxe" tool kit.
