3/4 ton T-cab swap for 1/2 ton C or T cab

Wondering if anyone would be interested in swapping their good daily driver v-8 Stude 1/2 ton C-cab or T-cab for my 3/4 ton T-cab. I determined that my truck, though a bit rough around the edges, is rather rare. I wanted to do some mods away from stock, and now I'm feeling like this would be wrong if someone really wants to restore one. Yes, changing rear-ends, displacement/carbs/exhaust and springing are reversable, but if someone out there already has done this, and wants my truck, than....... shucks.....I cut up a rare one with my sawsall. I had a 63 T cab. The cab was so shot when I found out that the engine had been replaced with one of the factory refurbished that they bored with different oversizes I had little choice. IT is your vehicle and what you are going to do is obviously reversible so just keep the rare part and go for it.

I never heard about factory refurbished engines with different bores. Can you tell us more about these? Was that STUDEBAKER factory refurbished? Thanks. Bob Kapteyn
