'59 supercharged Lark at cruise night

Jul 01, 2007 1 Replies

Just came back from one of our larger cruises around Da ' Boigh, and saw a black '59 Lark hdtp with Stude power and a Magnacharger roots type blower sitting on top It was the original 259, but poked and stroked to either 299 or 305 [he wasn't sure since he had just bought it] He did say it had been dynoed at around 450 HP though Awesome looking and sounding car though

Do those roots type put out more pressure than they Studebaker type?
