I bought a brush/roller on bed liner kit on ebay for my Caddy powered Scotsman. I'm very happy with the result with two coats and some left over for touch up. It's here:

Looks good. I was considering doing the same, I am not a big fan of the drop in bedliners. I know that some of the off road guys use the stuff instead of undercoating when they do body-offs and tub swaps.
