All the WS instructions are in the SI catalog.

I have a new trunk seal for my 53 Coupe that I got from Studebaker International. The seal that was in there is a generic one I think, since it was cut at the corners. The new one has a flat side with a flap and a grooved side. There were no instructions, which side goes up? Any tips or hints for the install? I have the old one out and am in the process of cleaning the residue before installing the new one.

thanks in advance

I have a question about the trunk seal as well. The instruction (for the Hawk) sez that the 'legs' are glued into the channel, with the 'wing' pointing *away* from the body. Maybe I think too much, but that could be taken either way - which is correct - pointing in the direction of the fin, or pointing in the direction of the trunk? or does it matter? Not that I will necessarily rip it out and redo it, if I've misinterpreted the instruction.......
