OHV6 with full flow oil filter, Flightomatic with 3.07 with new rear gears and bearings, front discs, rear finned drums, heavy duty front and rear springs, 12V 65 Amp alternator, relatvely new JP Seat covers, full wheel covers, new steel wheels, in process of installng new AC using the old style

62 Studebaker AC unit but new rotary compressor and new high eff. condenser, new radiator for AC with shroud and 6 blade fan, solid state Mallory distributor. I have all the SS trim for the car most of which is new but not yet installed. Needs the paint finished on about half the car. No rust in the car and mileage is right at 44K+. Still drive it occassionally. Also have one of those outdoor type car covers made for the car. Tires are radial with about 2500 miles on them. Barry has riden in it - ask him what he thinks. Would like to get $4000 cash for it.
