I have a 2004 Nissan Armada in which the rear air shocks and compressor apparently blew out. Nissan wants you to take small mortgage to replace them, so I am going to replace them with regular shock absorbers or possibly some sort of struts.
Monroe says they don't make a replacement in regular shocks. I don't know whether anyone else does, so I will have to use good old Yankee Ingenuity.
Can anyone provide any ideas? Anywhere I can get the length of the existing shocks, without taking it out just to do this?
Come on America, I know someone out there has the answer for me. That's what Americans do- IMPROVISE! That's what makes this Country so great!
