96 Corolla front left lower than right front

I have a 96 corolla and the left front (driver side) looks lower than the right front (passenger). I measured all 4 corners, from ground to fender. Surprisinly, both front left and right are the same height (24 and five eights inches). The left rear is 24 inches and the right rear is slightly higher at 24 and 3 sixteenths inches. Is that in specs for a corolla? It looks like the left is lower than the right, but measuring it speaks something else. Is my eyes playing tricks on me or is something else a problem causing this?

The correct measurment is from the lowest point on the rim to the top of the fender opening. The reason is, when you measure this way, you eliminate tire inflation in your measurment.

Having said that, you found 3/16, not even a quarter inch, difference in a car that's 15 years old. You need to drink more so this kind of stuff doesn't bother you so much.

Judging from the minimal difference in suspension heights, I'd say that the springs are OK.

The uneven appearance can be from damage to the body panel under the bumper, usually from hitting parking bumpers and curbs.
