Aluminum wheels for the yaris

Mar 03, 2008 7 Replies

I am tired of the cruddy looking factory hubcaps and wheels that came with the Yaris.

Whats the cheapest route to getting some standard alloy wheels? I don't need anything fancy, but something affordable. Where should I go? Who should I talk to? What should I be aware of? What are the rip off gimicks at tire places? ETC!

Where are you?

Around here, I go to Town Fair Tire. They have good wheel and tire packages, and will usually meet prices from TireRack.com or 1010Tires.com.

Of course, this doesn't include mounting, balancing, stems, etc. Then again, neither do the others...

I think that they are just a northeastern company.

I tend to like Les Schwab if you live near one of their stores. Just Google them -- you'll see their different locations.

They are not even here down in NJ Tomes

They have good prices but the delivery cost just make it the same cost as if you were to get them at a local shop...

Yeah, they're from NH.

I forgot where Taze me was from...
