It starts in the morning but as soon as you turn it off and try starting it in 15 minutes it doesnt start Help Me if you can Because im about to change the starter.

Then give us some clues to work with...does it crank ok but won't fire?, does it just 'click'?, does it make no sound at all when you turn the key?, auto transmission?, manual?

It cranks but doesnt fire you have to step on the gas after 7 times of cranking it until it turns on and its automatic

It sounds like a lack of fuel or spark. Since it eventually fires, then fuel is the more likely culprit. You will need a fuel pressure gauge to see if pressure is bleeding down. If so, then the fuel pressure regulator is suspect.
