As I understand it, not easily, unless you saved the little tag with the key code. Apparently, Toyota does not keep a data base of key codes; however, some dealers keep the codes for cars they sell, so if the dealer is where the car was originally sold, he may have the code. Otherwise, at least on some Toyotas, the key code is on the lock cylinder in the right front door. The interior door panel and lock must be removed to see it.

Of course, if you have a functional key, you can always have it duplicated, and any key shop can do that, you don't need to go to Toyota.

Got one for Nissan, using vin# and ID, had to wait a few days to get the key code. Then the dealer was able to cut a key. Not sure is same for toyota. I believe the dealer is suppose to check the rego paperwork with your ID, prior to ordering key code.
