NHTSA cannot duplicate Sikes' Prius problem

Does this come as a surprise to anybody?

"Sikes' lawyer says he is not looking for money..."

Riiight...

Why did he procure a lawyer to start with? Case dismissed!!

He had a lawyer for his bankruptcy stuff.

Was it the same attorney he used for his bankruptcy?

Don't know. Don't care. And even if it weren't, it could be someone from the same firm.

Don't care about the firm. I was referring to specialty.

If the current attorney practices criminal defense, you have your answer.

Bankruptcy lawyers rarely specialize in 'ambulance chaser lawsuits' or in 'criminal defense cases', so either way, he will need a different lawyer for the Prius stuff than he had for the bankruptcy court case.

Was Sike was hoping tha the NHTSA would buy his Prius for twice its blue book value?

"I smell LAWSUIT" comes rapidly to mind.

However, it appears as though Mr Sikes was listening to Sammy Haggar at the time...
