I have a '94 Camry XLE. The backup lights do not work. The bulbs look fine. I'm guessing it is the switch. Anyone know where it is? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

You may check the fuse for backup lights.
Nope, i ts a bad ground or broken ground wire going to the trunk, look for an open white/black wire.
Thanks. I'll look for that tomorrow. I should have mentioned that I already checked fuses. The bad wire could explane why the "Burned Out Tail Light" indicator in the dash comes on sometimes and then goes out. Your idea may solve two problems. Thanks again!
Your welcome, oh the break will be close to the hinge area, open the harness up and find the white/black wire and pull on it, if it slides out, its broke, I'll bet you a dozen doughnuts or a 12 pack of Diet Pepsi, thats it!
Most faults can be found by looking, thinking and testing. Where is the switch likely to be? Is it auto or manual?
Automatic. I am guessing it is on top off the transmission, but I'm hoping its easy to get to. Thanks for the help. Joel
