Everytime i check my oil it is down at least 2 quarts. Sometimes it isn?t even off the dip stick. I park it in the garage, and there isn?t any leaks, and it doesn?t smoke at all. Where is the oil going? Can it be using this much.

What time/mileage frame are we dealing with? If there is no oil trails under vehical, it is likely burning it and some engine can burn a good bit of oil without much trace. YOu might also try a heavier grade of oil in warmer months to see if it helps in a worn engine, I have had good luck with 15w40 (not 10w40) in worn engine in warmer weather in controlling oil consumption. all 15w40 oil is rated diesel and gas and seem to work better than a straight automotive oil in a worn engine.
I have a '94 also, and for what it's worth, Toyota's official answer is oil use of 1 quart in 1,000 miles is not considered a problem.

This is caused by Smokus Hiccupus... they come out late at night, make no sound, and disappear before morning.
Other possible cause is burning it up along with the gas. Not an efficient use of oil, but generally ok to do. Consider the cost of oil compared to the engine repair cost.. rings etc.
