Should of come stock with tail lamps. The NHTSA and DOT require it???

Yeah, I was speaking of Toyotas. Oh, I get it, you think the NHSTA and the DOT are politcal parties, right? LOL :D

I'm a registered member of the NHSTA party, we represent "big euro light", while the DOT are for "blue DOTs" LOL :D

...and besides, the war began when....March or April? Seems like more than

51 days to me, although I haven't really calculated it.

Oh, some one pissed in his Wheaties® this morning. Oh well.

WAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I think he was expecting common courtesy, like deleting the in-your-face text before posting.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a dyed-in-the-wool conservative and a Christian, but know when it's appropriate to keep my political and religious opinions to myself. At work is one of those places, a non-political and/or non-religious newsgroup is another.

I'm not ashamed of my beliefs nor my political leanings, but I'm secure enough in both that I don't need to blast the world with them...

Just my personal feelings...

Hmm. More of our people have died since GWB said the major combat was over. I guess some of us have a different way of defining "over".

There are some on Ebay for '01-'03 Tacomas. Not sure about the manufacturer or quality, but they are out there, selling for around $70.

Check these out, they are halfclears.

I have a set and they look awesome on the truck, kinda stock, yet kinda custom too. They will work on your 02, just switch the lenses and not the rear bulb assembly. The lenses are completely seperate from the bulb assembly. You'll see when you take them off. The 01+ wiring is different from the 99 and the bulb assembly that comes with these will cause the right side to not work.

LOL, we just got Saddam last week, its far from over, its a war on terrorism, we have made good ground. If you think it could be done with zero life lost, your a fool. Freedom comes from spilled blood every time. If not yours, than someone else. Be thankful someone was willing to give their life so you can set behind your PC and criticize their work without being dragged into the street and shot

Although I don't agree with Bush on much, I ***NOT*** criticizing the on-the-ground work being done by the military. I know two people over there, and they say that except for a few internal screwups typical of the military beaurocracy, the actual military work is being done in pretty impressive ways.

What I dispute is the announcement by Bush that the "major combat" is over. It was a divisive and pointless thing to say, and it was 100% disconnected from reality.

IMHO ... at the -time- he said that phrase, the reactions of the general Iraqui populace seemed to indicate the the -major- portion of the conflict

-was- over. There would be afew pockets and most of the rest would be restoration work ... 'twas not to be.

Perhaps the advisors should have anticipated continued guerilla attacks ala Afghanistan. As every politician and lawyer knows - hindsight is *perfect*

I guess nobody told the guerillas that it was over. But what the heck....they're doing exactly what you or I would do if our country was occupied, right?
