Bye for now!

I am moving everything out today, to move into MY house. I will not have internet for a while, and I only check RAMVA from home.... So until all this remodeling is done and I have some extra cash, this is goodbye!

For those that have not seen, this is the house I purchased a couple of weeks ago:

We took all theold carpeting out and have half repainted it and started laying tile. Thewallpaper is also half out (I HATE wallpaper!) and we are going to beknocking out the kitchen wall to make a bar. I can't wait til it's done!Going to be a while til i get a garage I guess :-/ still have to make afence... I have 5 cars there currently, but I don't think the neighbors canhandle the other 10... need a privacy fence ASAP! Hope you all had a happy Thanksgiving, and will have an even better Christmas and New Year!

See ya soon (I hope!)

A word of advice from one who knows...

Do all the work on the house BEFORE you move in.

End of unsolicited advice

and from someone else that "knows", i second that....can't do a body off restoration on your daily driver, and its just as bad trying to remodel or "fix up" a house you are living in...

The cool thing is, that car looks like it was born to be parked in that driveway. Your trees are awesome.

Nice yard....and the Bug looks right at home there.....and as someone who DIDN'T have the opportunity to do the work on the house before moving in......I agree with John and Chris......even if it seems minor.....do it before the furniture and the people get there.....trust me on this one......

That's right, my Parents, Inlaws, and Aunt & Uncle helped my Wife and I work on our first house. It was 17 days between taking posession, and move-in.

P.S. Do the bug-bomb early and often, before you move in. Spray the yards for fleas if the PO had dogs or cats.
