Yup, good job Shag! I painted an old 84 Mustang GT of mine flat black with a roller. The following year I added flat grey accents. Turned out quite sharp. It's all in the prep work! Another friend has taken the same approach to his LS Stang which still requires another coat. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Redge Egder

................There's not much that you can do to make a jeep look any more ugly than when it came off the assembly line. If it's a jeep, the more 'camo' the better. Got dents & rust? It's just a freaking jeep. Cover it with stick-on shelf lining paper........why would anyone mind? Let your dog piss on it. Let the kids jump up and down on the hood. Run it out of oil...........you can always get your wife to come rescue you with her minivan. It's just a freaking jeep.

Hell, I have a friend who painted his Awesome Harley with rhino bedliner. Looks good and doesn't show a scratch anywhere...*8-}

These fables, collected by Joel Chandler Harris and published in 1881 as told by "Uncle Remus," were originally told by slaves. So it got Disneyfied. It was wonderful to see Brer Rabbit cleverly outwitting The Man. I think you can still find the book, but SOS is denied to us now by the PC police.

Have a zippity day :)
