Passenger door finished!

It really does look nice with new rubber trim, new door panel and a new running board. The only problems I encountered were that the door rubber kit I ordered was lacking the inner scrapers for both doors but Ron at Wolfsburgwest rushed them out to me and it didn't rain in the meanwhile. Also, I had loosely reinstalled the window regulator but I didn't bolt it into place (thinking that I'd wait until I was ready to attach the window. So I busily reassembled the scrapers, felt and vent window and then when I tried to push the regulator up into place I realized that it had to be done before putting the vent window in place. Argh.

Anyhow, it's all done now. Even little door clip seals and I did glue in a sheet of plastic (vapor barrier left over from redoing the hall bathroom sheetrock and tile). Whew! :)

Now I just have to do the driver's side. I think I'll give my hands a bit of a break first.

I wanted to start with the side that was used less so if I screwed up I'd know how to do the important door better.
