should I go work for VWoA?

Not a good match, but I have a lead for a job with VWoA / Audi... a recruiter submitted my resume today. Something to do with retail sales & marketing, some new program they are rolling out... don't know much at this point. But no longer working on cars. Back to Project Management, working as a consultant.... easily double my paycheck... :) I don't know if anything comes out of this, and if they wanted me, do I want them? A recruiter found me online.

Oh well. Money is money.

Jan, work is what I would call selling ourselves/selling our time/ knowledge/talents, to the highest bidder. How are the health benefits, for the kids? I know how important they are to you, and how important it is for you to be there for them and take care of them. Is it going to be more of a commute than what you are doing now? with gas hovering at 4 bucks a gallon, that can have a way of creeping up on your bottom line... hell, when Hot VWs told me there was no way they would let me telecommute, I started preparing for a departure, and that was when gas had hit TWO Bucks a gallon... Is it something that YOU, Jan Anderson, want for YOURSELF? Is it something you could be proud of doing?

Just a few things to ponder, my friend...
