Hello all,
Good news about my heads. The guy at CAP Engine Rebuilders says I've got the best VW heads he's seen. Started cleaning up the valves and chambers tonight. I think I'm going to go with the budget 96mm piston/ cylinder set but get better rings (Total Seal). The valve covers and pushrod tubes are at the powdercoaters along with my roof-rack. This project is starting to take shape.
