What's up with Shag?

So how's the beetle? Still stock? How's the new garage? Full of tools and a workbench?

Hey guys. I'm keeping busy. Just did the 1000 mile service on the Harley today. Also got the oil changed on my wife's truck and the sink upstairs unclogged. And started building a bigger pen for the chickens. Looks like we're gonna get some more. I drove the Beetle to work earlier this week. It's parked in the woods beside the house right now. Hey, just took a picture of it and it turned out pretty cool.

The shop out back iscompleted except for needing a second coat of paint and I want tofinish enclosing one corner of it to use as an office and run powerout to it. The deck is finished except for doing the railing on oneset of steps and the lattice underneath. The only thing I've done tothe bug is put in a decent stereo system and speakers and replaced theshocks at all 4 corners and did a tiny bit of rust removal to a fewspots on the body and bumpers. It may look like the tires are flat inthe picture but they're not, it's just bogged down in the leaves. Itmay look stuck, too, but... HAHAHA! We all know better thanthat. ;-) I can't believe that band-aid is still stuck to the fronthood. I put it there MONTHS ago. :-) Day after tomorrow is mybirthday. I'll be 41. Having a friend or two over and relaxing.Tomorrow I plan to work more on the new chicken pen and maybe doingthe rail on that set of steps on the deck. I've got 17 days ofvacation time to kill. Maybe I'll even get the garage cleaned upsome. But probably not. I hope you all have a relaxing and funChristmas and new year. Best wishes to you all.
