Does anybody know or have an idea, on how to remove car wax that has accidentally gone onto the plastic door trim on a V70?

I've been told by my mechanic that an eraser (rubber) will do the trick. _________________ Will '90 Volvo 744 GLT (B230F) - daily driver '73 Volvo 164E - awaiting repair & restoration
