i located the drain from the ac unit under the passenger side dash and the tube in going out through the wall. how to reach to the other side and clear the clog?

You can either use pressure air to blast the clog open from inside the car, or you have to go under the car and use a thin wire to dislodge the block. Usually the clog is near the end of the tube.
