Replacing Clutch cable in rabbit truck help

have the cable have the basic tools, looked in the book does not sound all that hard? what is involved? Tips anyone?

It's been years but the job was stright foward as I remember. If it broke, make sure you have the pices at the release arm. Push the new cable through the firewall and thn under the dash hook the cable to the clutch cable. That's the only difficult part because there's not much room under the dash. Then stick the outside end through the part in the transmission that has the hole in it. Loosen the adjuster all the wy, hook the cable onto the arm using the ardware. Tighten the cable untill the pedal has the proper freeplay.

and then check it again a few days or a week later, as the cables seem to stretch and will need adjusting again after a bit of use.
