No. As in all things, warring factions have partitioned the satellite
radio market -- never the twain shall meet. No auto manufacturer can
have sweetheart deals with both brands.
XM does sell an adapter for use with the *other* car makes, like BMW:
If Sirius is the satellite radio of choice for BMW, then no dealer will
offer an XM package. Satellite radios are an agreement between the radio and
the car maker, not the radio and the dealership.
If you want an XM radio, then you'll need to take the car into the
aftermarket for the radio you want. The presents new challenges that may or
may not be easy to overcome.
