I just want to know what engines are compatible to just drop into the Plymouth Sundance. Thanks in advance.

The 2.5 is no problem. The other choice would be the 3.0 six, but that would be a major challenge, requiring changes to mounts, exhaust, fuel etc. Since
2.2s are easy to find and generally age the best, I'd recommend getting another one of those.
The 2.5 and 3.0 were available on that model, but wiring, computer, and other components would need to be changed over as well, if you wish to use one of them instead of another 2.2.

You can easily drop in a 2.5 N/A motor if you wish. Just get the same year
2.5 computer. A 3.0 would require a different tranny/engine along with related electronics. The motor mounts are the same, except the bracket bolted to the 3.0. A 2.5TI would drop in too, but they were only made up to- So you may have to change pinouts on the bulkhead connector behind the fusebox. Using a turbo motor also requires a turbo tranny and/or turbo flywheel/clutch.
If you what to try something. Find a FFV Spirit/Acclaim. Grab the computer and methanol sensor. Find a late model turbo intake and disturbor. This will give you a MPI 2.5, which might lend itself to more then 100hp. Through in a bigger cam for more fun.
Now the FFV 2.5s have looser motor tolerances along with special engine oil, specific radiator and other FFV specific parts. So dropping in a FFV motor isn't recommend.
