The steering on my 81 FIAT 2000 emites a dull whine or rubbing sound when I make left turns. The sound occurs whether I have the clutch in or accelerating. It seems to come from the front tires. I have tried everything I can think but are not very mechanical, any help would be greatly appreciative.
