What are the main differences between the '03 captains chairs and the 40/20/40 seat? Is it just an added armrest? or is the entire seat different? My main concern is seat comfort. I am about to buy and I have a bad back. Are the headrests the same, does the captains have an adjustable headrest. Thanks Shawn
