I am thinking about putting the 3" Black Diamond on my 90 XJ. Anybody have any comments about the lift, good or bad.

I just got a 3" Black Diamond put on my 2000 TJ and so far I love it. I elected not to put the 1" transfer case drop in that came with it. So far so good.
