Can anyone point me in the best direction for power upgrades for the 4ltr V8, sorry it's not a Landrover, but it uses the same engine, anything from mild to wild.

Have a reputation for knowing a thing or two about V8s.
Some good stuff on the websites.
It is rumoured that there may be cheaper outsits out there though...

Andy, before "upgrading power", it'd be handy to know what it's in (or going into) and what the current setup is, and also whether you want power at the top-end or bottom-end grunt? What engine management system (or carburation) is fitted, as some are easier tuned than others. For instance, the late-model 4.0 engines had Motronic management, for which there is currently no upgrading available. Is it definitely a 4.0 and not a 3.9, as that has a distinct bearing even though the bore and stroke are exactly the same. Badger. B.H.Engineering, Rover V8 engine specialists.
