I just received a keyless remote fob spare for my '99 Disco SE from eBay and am trying to locate info on the RAVE CD that might show how to achieve this end (making it work). I hear some dealers will do it as a courtesy but sinse i bought privately I don't think I'll push my luck. Would like to learn how to anyway so, any help pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated.
I *think* you need a testbook setup... Fairly sure the system can only store two keys plus the suspension up/down remote. Check out the testbook section on your cd.
I'll look there. Thanks Dave. I did find on a google search info on programming a 96 Disco which was an 8 second series of on/offs and things, but it didn't require testbook.

Might be a Disco I v Disco II thing, both being about in 99...
