I wasn't aware that you could fit a chip to a non electronic engine, ie
300Tdi. To be able to rechip the vehicle needs to have a chip in the first place.The only chips my 300Tdi had were in the paint work, and there were plenty of those.
However I do have 2 Td5 both are chipped and go like the clappers.

are you sure? Cos my 300tdi has an engine management electrikery type box under the jump seat in the cab. not impressed at it having elektrikery gubbins but thats the price for upgrading from a series 2!!!
